How have we got Policy Unstuck?

We’ll get to our service offering in a minute, but before we do, a few of the tangible things we’ve done to get Policy Unstuck include:

We think, therefore we approach each task as an intellectual challenge. This helps us find solutions that others might miss. But believe us, we’re the biggest critics of our own work. We follow the process as long as it leads us to the desired result. If it doesn’t, we design a new approach.

Strategic consultancy

{OUR STRATEGIC CONSULTANCY} services are geared towards ensuring you have the right foundations to achieve policy impact. This starts with assessing and optimising (or overhauling) your brand and positioning – both of which are crucial to getting in the door with policymakers. It also means answering questions like:

  • Do you have a clearly identified policy goal that is Specific, Measurable, Achievable, Relevant, and Time-bound (SMART)?
  • Is your organisation bought in to achieving this goal? If not, why not?
  • Do you understand the process through which your policy goal is attained?
  • What roles should you have in your advocacy and communications function? Do you have the right people in those roles?

Creative and communications delivery

Where our strategic consultancy is focused on ensuring you have the right foundations, our {CREATIVE AND COMMUNICATIONS DELIVERY} is about making them come to life. This includes visual identities and design, multimedia production, content design and development, public affairs,  and campaign activations.

Our design and creative teams are in-house, and are policy-specialists. It’s all they do. So while they may have government and/or corporate backgrounds, they are attuned to what kind of creative delivery will make you stand out in the crowded policy landscape.
