Flexible working

Tell us how you work best and we’ll do what we can to make it happen – including if you want a four day week, or want to spend time working from abroad. We also make a £150 contribution towards kitting out your home workspace.


Each team member has a generous annual training budget to spend.


We will pay 5% of your qualifying earnings, matching the 5% you pay, to make a total of 10% annual contributions.


We offer a discretionary 2 week paid sabbatical for every 3 years you’re with us.
