Benefits
Holiday allowance
25 days holiday per year, plus bank holidays, and we close the office over Christmas.
Cycle to work scheme
We are signed up to the Cycle to Work scheme, allowing you to buy bicycles and related equipment through salary sacrifice (so you make a tax saving on your purchases).

Covering full diagnostics and out-patient cover, advanced cancer cover, mental health cover, optical, dental and audiological cover. And worldwide travel insurance – both business and personal.
Parental leave
We offer enhanced parental leave for those who have been with us for 18 months.
Flexible working
Tell us how you work best and we’ll do what we can to make it happen – including if you want to spend time working from abroad. We also make a £150 contribution towards kitting out your home workspace.
Training
Each team member has a £500 annual training budget to spend.
Pension
We will pay 5% of your salary, matching the 5% you pay, to make a total of 10% annual contributions.
Sabbatical
We offer a discretionary 2 week paid sabbatical for every 3 years you’re with us.
