WHAT TO KNOW

Terms & Conditions

Package use

  • This pricing is exclusive of VAT and any other taxes.
  • The packages only cover development work and maintenance, all projects that require design and/or additional project management will be estimated separately.
  • You can carry over unused hours to the next month.
  • Upon package purchase, we will provide you with a dynamic link to allow you keep track of your hours used.
  • You can use the hours as quickly as you want, but cannot exceed the total number of hours in the year.
  • You can carry over 10% of the hours to the next year.
  • If you use all your yearly hours, we will notify you over email. You will be able to top them up or wait until your package renews next year.
  • You can switch between packages at any time by paying the cost difference for the remaining months.
  • The packages are only applicable to the websites hosted by Cast From Clay.
  • All development work is subject to our Terms & Conditions of Supply Services.
  • There is a minimum of 4h when using our Custom package.

Contract and payment

  • We will invoice up front the total annual cost.
  • You will enter a rolling 12-month contract with Cast From Clay.

Delivery

  • We scheduled all small maintenance every Wednesday. If we receive your request on Thursday or Friday, the scope will be logged for the development team next Wednesday.
  • The delivery of the scope is subject to internal capacity. We will notify you within 3 days, if we expect your request to take longer.
  • We reserve the right to reschedule and update you on delivery timeframe at any point time.
