We offer enhanced parental leave for those who have been with us for 18 months.

Tell us how you work best and we’ll do what we can to make it happen – including if you want to spend time working from abroad. We also make a £150 contribution towards kitting out your home workspace.
Training
Each team member has a £500 annual training budget to spend.
Pension
We will pay 5% of your salary, matching the 5% you pay, to make a total of 10% annual contributions.
Sabbatical
We offer a discretionary 2 week paid sabbatical for every 3 years you’re with us.
